Compensation and Benefit Specialist

• Ensure speedy processing and Providing employee benefits & requests to meet employee expectations in accordance to process & policies

• Prepares and communicates information to employees and former employees about benefit programs, procedures, changes, and government-mandated disclosures.

• Oversees, administers and implements benefit plans for employees, by providing information, answering questions and assisting employees with benefit claims. This can involve working with benefit providers to ensure proper disbursement of benefits to employees, and processing paperwork and other required information for their claims.

• Checks and prepares separation reports and other documents pertaining to employment such as SSS, TIN, PAGIBIG, PHILHEALTH, etc.

• Resigned employees’ clearance processing and monitoring.

• Prepare computation and payment of benefits of employees & separated employees. (Maternity benefits, Sickness Benefits, Leave conversations)

• Monitors, Updates & Reconcile of Leaves

• Monitors and updates tracker of claims for reimbursement

• Responsible for liaising with government mandated offices in submission and completion of employee benefit availment requests.

• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time-to-time.
