Job Description:Payments Client Service, Implementation and Operations (PCSIO) is part of the Digital & Platform Services organization in the Corporate & Investment Bank. PCSIO provides the following capabilities: * Operational support to the Payments businesses including Treasury Services, Commercial Card, Trade Finance and Merchant Services
  • Payment hub services for all firmwide divisions.
  • Cross-product cash management, reconciliation and change management services.
PCSIO consists of over 10,000 employees across 60 sites and supports 142k corporations, financial institutions, governments, and municipalities domiciled in over 180 countries.Job SummaryAs a Project Manager for Regulatory Operations you will be leading various programs within our Change the Bank team. This role demands a seasoned professional with a robust background in project management, operations management, and regulatory compliance.Job responsibilities
  • Lead and manage large-scale projects within the bank, specifically focusing on changes related to regulatory compliance and operations.
  • Drive initiatives from conception through to completion, demonstrating exceptional leadership and project management skills.
  • Ensure that all projects align with regulatory requirements and bank standards.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand and integrate regulatory changes into daily operations.
  • Utilise effective project management strategies to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
  • Execute projects autonomously, efficiently managing resources, timelines, and budgets.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a significant portion in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Proven track record in operations management and navigating regulatory landscapes.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements relevant to banking and financial services.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large, complex projects independently.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
