- Multi-Channel Outreach: Conduct a combination of outbound calls and text messages to individuals and businesses, aiming to generate leads for life insurance products.
- Life Insurance Knowledge: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our life insurance offerings to effectively communicate their benefits through calls and texts.
- Appointment Scheduling: Skillfully schedule appointments for our life insurance agents, consistently meeting and exceedingly daily and weekly targets.
- Fluent English Communication: Clearly articulate the value of life insurance in both verbal and written communication, addressing client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Lead Qualification: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify potential clients who would benefit from our life insurance products.
- Data Management: Update and maintain accurate records of calls, texts, appointments, and client information in the CRM system.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the life insurance sales team to ensure seamless communication and handover of qualified leads.
- Have at least 1-2 years of BPO experience.
- Having experience with sales is a big plus!
- Having background in life insurance is a big plus!
- Proven experience in a high-volume phone dialing and texting role within the life insurance or financial services industry.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- In-depth knowledge of life insurance products and industry terminology.
- Ability to make a minimum of 200 calls and texts per day consistently.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
