HSE Officer - Operations, Sorting Center, SPX Express (Cabuyao, Laguna)

• Conduct safety and health training for all Shopee Xpress SOC employees
• Ensure Shopee Xpress' compliance with 5S and Good Housekeeping
• Create and design safety programs suitable for hubs and offices of Shopee Xpress
• Conduct a weekly and monthly audit to all hubs to ensure policy compliance and the safety of all employees
• Prepare safety audit and action plan per hub
• Conduct process and policy training/orientation to all new and existing employees of Shopee Xpress
• There's an eye for detail.
• Good interpersonal skills and can work with all levels in the organization
• Preparing health and safety strategies and developing policies
• Liaising with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with mandatory regulations
• Can do Hazard Risk Assessment
• Investigating unsafe acts and conditions and can produce report and recommendations
• Can conduct Safety Audits

• Certified Qualified Safety Officer 2 (BOSH Training,8 Hour Mandatory OSH Training, LCM
• Certified Pollution Control Officer
• Relevant graduate qualifications with a minimum 2-3 years of experience in HSE controls
• Good written and verbal communication skills, people skills, and an ability to work under pressure within deadlines as required
• Have a sense of urgency, proactiveness, and good problem-solving skills to provide quick and efficient responses to near misses, accidents, and emergencies.
• Amenable to be assigned in Cabuyao, Laguna
