
Customer Service Representative

- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries via calls and support tickets.
- Use the company’s knowledge base and internal resources to provide accurate, timely responses to product or service-related questions.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude in every customer interaction.
- Log and document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure traceability and follow-up.
- Coordinate with the internal departments to ensure fast and efficient resolution of customer issues.
- At least 6 months of BPO experience
- Experience in logistics, quality control, or delivery operations preferred but not required.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent comprehension and active listening skills
- A quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools, systems, and processes
- Experience in inbound support, ticketing systems, or logistics accounts is a plus
- Onsite at 1Nito Tower, Cebu City
- Night shift, with openness to a shifting schedule
- Immediate availability preferred
