Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell company products/services. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product/service solutions. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information in CRM/database. Handle objections effectively and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to support business growth initiatives. Qualifications: 2-3 years of proven experience as a Telemarketer, CSR, or in a sales-related role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written). Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in achieving sales goals. Good organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. Preferred Attributes: Goal-oriented and self-driven with a positive attitude.
