Job Description Manage performance and drive competitive advantage of overseas sellers in assigned categories: Monitor trends and analyze seller performance and profitability - generate actionable insights to develop category initiatives aligned with company goals and objectives. Map category landscape and coordinate with seller market teams to design and execute category growth plans. Coordinate with both local and cross-border teams to ensure optimal resource allocation - leverage available internal resources to drive campaign performance of overseas sellers. Collaborate with seller market teams to obtain information, cascade programs, generate investments and gather feedback from overseas sellers in assigned categories. Act as point of contact for any operational issues of cross-border shops in assigned categories. Perform ad-hoc analyses related to assigned categories as required Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets Project management/stakeholder management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Data-driven mindset and solid business acumen (good understanding of growth and profitability) Good communication skills Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin is a plus, but not required
