Our founder has a Microsoft background and an American west-coast approach to running a company: You’ll be joining a diverse, international team that works hard, has fun, and respects each other and our clients.Job DescriptionAs a Site Manager at Pronto Marketing, you will be directly responsible for managing and supporting the WordPress websites of up to 12 Accounts (varies based on the size of accounts). You'll be a key contact for your assigned clients, overseeing their site performance, updates, and troubleshooting. Knowledge of WordPress and Elementor is essential for this role.Responsibilities and Duties:

Manage and maintain WordPress websites for up to 12 clients.
Be the first point of contact for client inquiries and concerns regarding their websites.
Coordinate with the 24/7 Support Team to ensure issues are resolved swiftly and efficiently.
Liaise with our SEO and Google Ad teams to optimize client websites and improve performance.
Conduct regular website audits and report on site performance.
Implement website updates and changes as per client requests.
Ensure all websites are functional, user-friendly, and in line with our standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing and maintaining multiple WordPress websites.
Expertise in WordPress and Elementor.
Strong understanding of SEO and Google Ads.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer service-oriented approach.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work closely with diverse teams and manage client expectations.
