To be able to use 3 or more modelling software packages with speciality in one package. May lead a small team in BIM modelling and drawing production for single discipline under the supervision of BIM Coordinator. To create a sense of shared ownership and accountability balancing this with decisiveness and holding others to account for delivery. To take ownership for own responsibility, creating clarity and motivating and aligning others. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture or Equivalent Courses / Preferably 4 years of experience working with relevant BIM Softwares on BIM projects. Job experience in design consulting firm is required. Proficient in Microsoft Application (word, excel, outlook). Overseas Experience is advantage (work in other countries or project design outsourcing company). Communicates effectively both orally and in writing. Has a systematic and methodological approach. Can quickly adopt to drawing standards
