Accounting and Tax Manager/Assistant Manager

• As the Accounting and Tax Manager/Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in the end-to-end financial statements (FS) reporting of the Company. You will work to ensure the completion and accuracy of all financial reporting while following the local audit regulations. You will also support the leadership on country level FS reporting reviews. Your deliverables to the finance department will contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the business and communication with investors.
• Manage day to day accounting and bookkeeping tasks as required.
• Work with CFO/group FA manager on the preparation of monthly and annual ledger closing activities, reconciliations, and financial package reporting.
• Provide guidance to accounting team in daily work regarding dealing with contracts, paperwork, invoices, and records from in-house claims, billing and collection team, reconciliation between finance and operation, and collecting and analysing accounts information.
• Liaise with financial auditors, investors, and other country teams.
• Supervise the inhouse tax team and coordinate with 3rd party tax consultant.
• Perform other related ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Must be amenable to work in our Makati office.
