- Manage company and Offprice accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and developing new sales opportunities.
- Gather input from internal and external sources to define high-impact metrics, feature/functionality, technology requirements, ongoing management, maintenance, design, and strategic direction for the product.
- Conduct thorough research to understand user requirements and needs, identify product gaps, explore new technologies and market trends, and perform competitive analysis.
- Develop an aligned product roadmap through functional intake of design concepts, analysis, testing, integration, and market introduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product designers, developers, and internal stakeholders, for discovery and user research, translating user needs and technological advancements into product definitions.
