Job Summary: The Sales Executive is responsible for assisting in generating revenue for both the hotel and theme park by identifying potential clients, managing leads, building relationships, and promoting services. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring high client satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across leisure, corporate, travel agency, school, and group segments. Follow up on inquiries, leads, and referrals generated through marketing campaigns, walk-ins, or external sources. Promote packages and offerings for hotel stays, park tickets, events, and group visits. Client Servicing: Conduct client meetings, site inspections, and presentations to promote the property and park facilities. Maintain regular communication with existing clients to encourage repeat business and upselling opportunities. Coordinate with the reservations and operations team to ensure smooth service delivery. Market Research & Reporting: Collect feedback from customers and share insights to improve service offerings. Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify potential growth areas. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and follow-ups using CRM tools. Support to Sales Manager: Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and quotations. Participate in promotional activities, roadshows, and exhibitions when required. Contribute to the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets. Key Requirements: Education: Diploma or Bachelor&aposs degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or Tourism. Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience in the hotel, tourism, or entertainment industry. Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport with clients quickly. Strong organizational and time management skills.
