MARKETING EXECUTIVE/ASSISTANT (2 slots) To aid the sales teams of both branches and dealers to convert leads by activating partnerships to promote positive publicity, strengthened digital presence and experiential below the line events. 1) PR & COMMS Assist in the development and execution of PR plans and initiatives Help prepare and distribute press releases, media alerts, and other PR materials Build and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts Conduct research and analysis to uncover new PR opportunities Assist in the planning and execution of client events, product launches, and other promotional activities Collaborate with different departments within the agency to ensure consistent messaging across all channels Monitor and report on media coverage and industry news relevant to clients 2) DIGITAL & CREATIVES Helps improve brand visibility and drive traffic and engagement across digital channels. Supports digital marketing efforts by performing various tasks, such as creating and scheduling social media posts, designing email marketing campaigns, conducting market research, analysing website and social media metrics and assisting with search engine optimisation (SEO) efforts. Manages marketing databases, coordinate events and provide general administrative support. Able to or with experience in creating and developing visual assets that brands use for their advertising, promotion, and online presence in coordination with the Regional Creatives team. QUALIFICATIONS: A) EDUCATION LEVEL - College Graduate major in Marketing, Business Management, or Economics. B ) YEARS OF EXPERIENCE - 2-5 years of background in similar marketing role, corporate communications, public relations, digital or creatives.
