EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (with Telemarketing experience)Job Description:

Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings
Respond to emails
Outbound calls for lead generation, surveys, event invitations, and/or sales
Inbound calls to resolve customer queries or close lead/sales
Data entry to update customer relationship management (CRM) software
Create reports using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Manage and organize documents, files, and records
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Meet service level agreements set forth
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of work experience as a Telemarketer and/or Executive Assistant
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
Convey information clearly and professionally
Attention to detail
Problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiating skills
Effectively work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
High level of integrity; can deal with sensitive and confidential information
Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships, work collaboratively with diverse individuals, and maintain a professional demeanor even in high-pressure situations
Advanced computer skills
At least 40WPM typing speed
Proficiency in using various software applications, including Google Workspace, MS Office, email, calendar management tools, and other relevant software systems

Equipment Requirements:

Desktop/Laptop (at least i3 processor with 8 GB RAM)
A4Tech (HU 7P or HU 50) or any Jabra USB type headset with noise-cancelling feature
HD Webcam (1080p)
Wired internet connection; minimum of 10 Mbps
Software: Microsoft Office & PDF reader, Anydesk, Gdrive, Skype, Zoom
