- In charge for all Government related processes (SSS/ Pag IBIG/ Philhealth/ BIR).
- Processing of all business related and government permits.
- DOLE required documents processing.
- Manages and maintains comprehensive administrative filing system including archival and storage inventories.
- Manages administration for third-party services and timely compliance to local and government requirements.
- Oversees Company premises (includes head office & branches) maintenance & security
- Assists in coordinating special events such Townhall Meeting, Employee Service Awards, Annual Dinner, etc.
- Supports implementation of HR Strategy with a particular focus on supporting to achieve company targets
- Undertakes other duties and exercise flexibility and undertake additional duties from time to time as assigned and agreed by line manager
- College level (degree holder is an advantage but not a requirement)
- With at least 2 years of meaningful experience in HR related admin tasks
- With excellent communications skills both written and oral type
- Knowledgeable in MS Offices applications
- With motorcycle and valid Driver's License
- Willing to work in Brgy. Kalawaan, Pasig City
