- Create graphics, PowerPoint presentations, and customized editorial content for use across print, web, campaigns, social media, events, and executive briefings.
- Design layouts for marketing deliverables including email banners, advertisements, brochures, and related assets.
- Support the production of event materials and tradeshow/environmental graphics.
- Source and compile templates, imagery, and photography, and perform basic editing as required.
- Demonstrate a strong eye for design and detail, with knowledge of graphic design fundamentals such as layout and typography.
- Apply corporate branding guidelines and design best practices to ensure a consistent look and feel across all marketing materials.
- Support the conceptualization and execution of engaging visual designs that enhance message clarity, elevate creativity, and strengthen overall storytelling.
- Assist with simple animated graphics and apply a basic working knowledge of HTML where required.
- Receive briefs, feedback, and design direction from senior designers or stakeholders, and apply changes across multiple revision rounds in line with project timelines.
- Perform basic quality checks on design deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand and technical requirements.

- Bachelor's Degree holder
- Foundational experience or training in graphic design or a related field.
- Understanding of design principles across digital and print media
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and take direction from senior designers.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality output.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Open to regular feedback and coaching, with a growth mindset toward building technical, conceptual, and brand‑application skills.
- Collaborative, flexible, and proactive team player.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with willingness to learn additional and emerging design tools.
- Experience creating basic graphics for emails, social media, and web environments under guidance from senior designers.
- Exposure to motion graphics or video editing tools such as Adobe After Effects is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to translate ideas, briefs, or concepts into simple design executions or draft storyboards with direction.
- Developing portfolio that demonstrates foundational design skills in layout, composition, typography, and color usage.
- Basic understanding of creative development and design processes, with eagerness to learn best practices.
- Introductory knowledge of print production and pre-press standards is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint.
- Basic awareness of HTML/CSS and UI/UX concepts is a plus.
