  • Update internal databases with new hire information.
  • Act as a point of contact. Discussing and establishing qualification requirements and terms and conditions of employment with managers.
  • Formulating detailed job descriptions and posting them.
  • Conducting phone calls or meetings to create a shortlist of qualified candidates.
  • Interviewing candidates on the shortlist and maintaining a database of employees for future vacancies.
  • Mediating between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Using web-based technology and social media to analyze hiring trends, post job vacancies, and follow up with candidates during the hiring process
  • Producing reports on hiring plans and strategies.
  • Measuring the results of candidate interviews and job placements using hiring metrics software and tools.
  • Produce and submit reports on general recruitment activity as needed.
  • Ensures timely delivery of project timeline as required by the client.
  • Performs other work related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Business Management or similar
  • With 1-2 years work experience relevant to Recruitment, Employee Relation and Administrative.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated knowledge of basic recruiting and/or HR principles.
  • Ability to perform administrative work of a complex nature with a high degree of proficiency.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on details and accuracy.
  • A high degree of flexibility; proven ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple complex projects, and to work effectively and efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with all levels in the organization and communicate effectively regarding sensitive and confidential matters.
  • Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and customer-service orientation skills, with the motivation and ability to function independently or as a team member.
