Client Preparation & Transaction Tasks (aka client account management tasks). A detail-oriented, hard-working to assist with the following: Assist in processing transactions by: extracting relevant data points from customer applications and documents and inputting them into our Salesforce CRM Compliance checking of customer and their correctness and completeness of their application (e.g. verifying the data that the customer has provided, with a checklist process) Eventually (12-18 months) making underwriting recommendations (how much to advance a customer, what to price it at, anything additional needed to better manage risk). This requires first building industry and process knowledge over time. Familiarity/comfort with Salesforce, WordPress, and Gmail is a plus. 2. Accounting and Receivables - approx. 10-15 hours per week total (every second week). A detail-oriented, hard-working to assist with the following: Assist in processing transactions by extracting relevant data points from customer applications and documents and inputting them into our Salesforce CRM Applying components of internal underwriting program while processing transactions with goal of eventually making underwriting recommendations (how much to advance a customer, what to price it at, anything additional needed to better manage risk) Assisting in accounting functions and accounts receivables functions with customer payments, balances, annual reports, etc. Skills Requirements: 1-2 years' experience in reviewing and verifying loan applications Familiarity with computers and banking applications/software In-depth knowledge of closing procedures, loan processes, and documentation. Exceptional customer service skills.
