Adheres to all company policies and procedure in dealing with customersg. Responsible in monitoring his/her transaction like schedule of delivery, pending and lacking deliveries, customers order, etc.i.Responsible in creating quotations and customers order using the system.h. Responsible in creating Supply Chain linked to Customer Order for status update in the system,if ever linked are invalid process do manual monitoring for delivery process.See to it that Customer Order stop is updated to avoid interruption invoice processing.i. Meet Sales Quota individuallyj. Maintain contact with all clients to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.k. Communicate customer requests to the managementl.
