This role plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of relevant product lines to the business. Your responsibilities include coordinating the supply of products to customers and strategic stock centers. Additionally, you are accountable for maintaining inventory accuracy, managing inventory replenishment, and overseeing logistics movements related to stock transfers. As a supervisor, you will lead and manage a team of coordinators, fostering growth and collaboration within the team.What you will be doing

Lead and motivate a team of inventory coordinators
Collaborate with manufacturing teams, downstream businesses, and third parties to execute the monthly plan promptly
Optimize logistics moves and replenishments to downstream sites
Resolve stock visibility issues, improve picking accuracy, and prevent business losses due to non-deliveries, wrong deliveries, or returns
Efficiently communicate with customers and stakeholders
Provide customer service in executing logistics contracts
Apply stock management best practices for real-time production posting and inventory movements
Ensure effective utilization of SAP system processes and adherence to Distribution Replenishment process for timely delivery dates

What you will bring

Minimum 5 years' experience in management role in Supply Chain / Logistics, Transportation Management, or Inventory
Mining, Oil & Gas, Industrial, Transportation and other relevant B2B Marketing industries
Degree qualified in business, logistics, or a related field.
Vast Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP), preferable SAP, in Logistics and warehousing
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Excel and PowerPoint is a must
Must be willing to work between 9:00PM to 6:00AM or 10:00PM to 7:00 AM
