Rail -Health & Safety Expert - PhilippinesThe market leading infrastructure recruitment specialists are working with a major international Consultancy firm who are requiring a Health & Safety Expert for a ongoing Metro project in PhilippinesOpportunity & Responsibilities:The successful individual shall be joining an International Contractor carrying out the construction of this new Metro project. The project is using TBM tunnelling methods and is just starting construction phase due to delays.The Health and Safety Expert shall be required to supervise all matters relating to the construction activities of the project including the setting up and monitoring of HSE practices, supervising contractors and reporting to the Project Director & stakeholders.Requirements for the role are:
  • A degree (undergrad or masters) in Health and Safety
  • 15+ years overall professional experience
  • 5+ years working experience in large Metro/railways/LRT projects infrastructure projects
  • 1+ similar project using TBM tunnelling methods
  • Regional experience would be beneficial
