Job Title: Finance and Accounting Manager Job Summary: Seller's Hub, Inc. is looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Finance and Accounting Manager to lead our finance operations. This role is responsible for managing daily accounting functions, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance, and ensuring the integrity of financial processes across departments. The ideal candidate is hands-on, analytical, and equipped to support a fast-paced, data-driven environment-especially one that spans both traditional and e-commerce platforms. Duties and Responsibilities: Lead and manage the accounting team and oversee daily finance operations. Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Oversee the company's budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning to ensure financial health. Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and government reporting requirements. Develop and implement financial processes and internal controls to maintain accuracy and integrity. Coordinate with external auditors and tax strategists during audits and planning. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and logistics teams to ensure accurate tracking of revenues, costs, and operational efficiency. Monitor inventory purchases, costing, and stock valuation to maintain accurate COGS and profitability metrics. Support systems integration efforts across platforms including e-commerce sites (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee), payment gateways, and accounting software. Provide data-driven financial insights and recommend strategies aligned with business goals and market dynamics. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred . At least 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, including 2 years in a managerial or leadership capacity . Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or startup environments is an advantage. Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets for financial analysis and modeling. Familiarity with ERP systems and integration with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee). Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and systems.
