This role is responsible for executing strategies that drive sales, increase foot traffic, and maintain high operational and service standards.Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily mall operations, including facilities, security, housekeeping, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to boost mall performance, foot traffic, and tenant sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with tenants, address concerns, and ensure compliance with lease agreements and mall policies.
- Manage financial performance, budget planning, and expense control to meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate with marketing, leasing, and operations teams to execute events and promotional initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and government requirements.
- Lead and guide mall operations teams to deliver efficient and effective service.
- Prepare reports on operational performance and provide insights to senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Property Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in mall or retail management, with 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of mall operations, tenant management, and facilities management.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, financial performance, and operational planning.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to manage multiple operational areas in a fast-paced retail environment.
