- Lead and deliver end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across a range of enterprise solutions, tailored to client needs
- Engage with clients to gather requirements, define solutions, and provide expert guidance on ServiceNow best practices.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions through detailed design and hands-on configuration within the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, developers, and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants and developers within the team.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and client demos to ensure user adoption and solution alignment.
- Perform system administration, platform upgrades, and patch management when necessary.
- Ensure all deliverables adhere to quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements.
- Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow releases and features, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement or innovation.
- Assist in proposal development, pre-sales activities, and client presentations as needed.
- Lead from the front, acting as an exemplary role model of integrity for leaders at all levels; promote a strong sense of loyalty and followership as well as to energise others to perform at the highest level

- Manage the development of a strong pipeline of diverse talent for current/ future success; own and drive a talent experience that differentiates Deloitte from others.
- Actively manages the business to deliver maximum value to Deloitte and to external stakeholders.
- Anticipate market and competitor trends to develop and deliver bold and innovative solutions that differentiates Deloitte.
- 3+ years' experience in Design and Implementation of ServiceNow Automation Platform
- Team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional problem-solving ability. Logical reasoning, creative thinking, comfort with numbers, and the ability to untangle complex issues
- Strong passion for consulting, ability to adapt and cope in a fast pace, challenging work hours and environment :
- Willingness to work outside of office base as project needs require
- An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad) is a pre-requisite to fit to our short-term and long-term project assignment.

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM or other modules)
