Key Responsibilities: Identify, pursue, and secure new sales opportunities in line with the company's growth targets. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, technical proposals, and commercial offers tailored to client needs. Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations, finance) to develop customized solutions and ensure successful project delivery. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Achieve sales targets and regularly report on sales forecasts, pipeline status, and business development activities. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand visibility and generate leads. Provide feedback from the market to support continuous improvement of products, services, and customer experience. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field. 3 - 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or technical account management (preferably in [industry, e.g., renewable energy, construction, technology]). Strong technical understanding to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
