- Acquire and onboard new HNWI clients through referrals, market development, and collaboration with internal banking teams.
- Complete client onboarding requirements with PW Support, ensuring compliance and smooth handover to leadership.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding financial goals, risk appetite, and investment needs.
- Conduct portfolio reviews and recommend tailored financial and investment solutions to grow AUM and wallet share.
- Drive business growth by cross-selling products, expanding client engagement, and identifying new market opportunities.
- Ensure full compliance with AML, audit, and regulatory standards while maintaining accurate client records and risk controls.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
- At least 3 years of sales experience in banking or financial services, preferably handling HNWI or investment clients.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client profiles and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident in engaging senior clients and internal stakeholders.
