We are seeking an execution-focused Operations & Systems Implementation Specialist with light build-strategy capability. This role is the bridge between strategy and execution—taking scopes, identifying the right system structure, and building it end-to-end across tools. The focus is on turning ideas into working systems that empower teams to operate with clarity and efficiency.Core Responsibilities

Interpret project scopes and determine the most practical system structure before building
Implement operational systems across project management, documentation, and automation tools
Design workflows, task hierarchies, templates, and SOPs that match real usage
Translate Looms, voice notes, chats, and meetings into structured systems and documentation
Break down projects into actionable tasks, timelines, and dependencies
Identify inefficiencies and simplify overbuilt or unclear systems

Required Skills

Proven experience implementing systems across tools (ClickUp, Notion, Asana, Airtable, etc.)
Ability to think through build strategy before execution (structure, logic, tradeoffs)
Strong documentation and written English skills
High attention to detail with a practical, execution-first mindset
Ability to work independently from scopes with minimal hand-holding

Preferred Skills

Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make.com)
Familiarity with AI tools and structuring systems for AI usage
Experience supporting founders, agencies, or fast-moving teams
