The Campaign Solution Designer leads the creation of campaign solution plans, leveraging the campaign platform architecture to organize and develop the technical solution by collaborating with the campaign squad leads and development team across the delivery cycle, ensuring alignment of ideas with design approaches. They facilitate cross-team discussions, and align the different technical capabilities to form a complete end-to-end campaign solution.Main Deliverables:

Competencies:

Software Architecture
Integration Architecture
Channel Management
Data Architecture
Technical Development
Infrastructure Architecture
Security Architecture

Technical Skills:

Both frontend and backend technologies
Big data and streaming data tools, NoSQL
Cloud Platforms AWS/GCP
DevOps and CI/CD practices

Development Experience:

Background as a developer (CICD, Agile, API development)
Comfortable working in Agile environments.
Experience with DevOps practices (any tools).

Data Background:

Previous data architecture experience (even as Junior Solutions Architect).
At least 2-3 years experience, with at least one instance of solutioning.
Exposure to solutions related to data is a PLUS.

Technical Skills:

Big Data & Streaming experience (80% of solutions involve streaming)
NoSQL databases.
Knowledge of frontend and backend technologies (does not need to be an expert but should understand interfaces and backend technologies).
