Warehouse Assistant

• Maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
• Prepares and completes orders for delivery or pick up according to schedule.
• Monitors and checks the quality and quantity of all incoming and outgoing supplies or items/products in the warehouse.
• Maintains and keeps an updated and accurate record of all incoming and outgoing stocks, and ensures that they are properly reported to the Regional Manager.
• Performs inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
• Reports stocks that are in critical level.
• Conducts regular actual physical count of stocks and report any discrepancies noted on delivered or dispatched items.
• Updates physical inventory and prepares Daily Issuance and Inventory Report.
• Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
