Sales Collateral Development
- Create customer-specific presentations, brochures, and proposal materials.
- Adapt and enhance standardized templates using available collateral and customer insights.
- Support BD teams in preparing professional and compelling client-facing materials.
- Provide end-to-end support in responding to RFIs and RFPs.
- Consolidate bid inputs from cross-functional teams and ensure documentation completeness and compliance.
- Maintain version control and support timely submission of all bid-related documents.
- Update and maintain the CRM pipeline (e.g., Salesforce / S360).
- Ensure accuracy of opportunity data, milestones, customer information, and BD activity records.
- Generate pipeline summaries and ensure visibility for BD leadership.
- Maintain dashboards and reporting files for BD performance, volume trends, win/loss analysis, etc.
- Consolidate monthly data inputs and ensure reports are delivered on time with high accuracy.
- Conduct tactical research, gathering key customer information (industry, size, contact data, etc.).
- Collect secondary data such as industry statistics, competitor insights, and market updates for BD reference.
- Support creation of customer profiles to assist BD teams in solution positioning.
- Facilitate communication and information flow between BD, Operations, and Product teams.
- Coordinate internal requests, follow up on deliverables, and ensure alignment on timelines and requirements.
- Support internal governance activities and documentation standards.
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in any discipline; management qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales support, bid management.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and time‑management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce / S360) and MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Ability to work effectively with cross‑regional and cross‑functional teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience in logistics or freight forwarding is preferred.
- Familiarity with reporting tools, dashboards, and data management practices.
