MASTER PLANNER (CALAMBA,LAGUNA) Php 45,000

• Define spares hub stock levels to meet customer expectation while maintaining minimum stock level.
• Responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring products through the complete Supply Chain process.
• Ensure schedules being set and all processes involved in the manufacturing of goods such as Production Planning, Sourcing and Purchasing are followed and executed in particular order to meet or exceed the required level.

• Plan hub stock levels based on consumption and spares customer's contract
• Ensure on time delivery of Spares Sales Order created in PH, MY and DE
• Coordinate with Business Unit (BU) ISG (Frankfurt and Melaka) to determine weekly requirements for PH ISG
• Daily review of Plan Order in BU ISG for release to PH ISG
• Prepare Weekly Plan for all open orders released from BU ISG to PH ISG according to BU ISG priority
• Work with Design Engineering and Industrialization/Document Control to ensure Bill of Material is deployed correctly in Oracle and ensure prompt supply of technical documents to support fabrication/assembly of internal and external production
• Work with Sourcing on Item Sourcing Attribute and Planning on Item Attributes Exception to ensure item attributes are setup correctly in Oracle
• Daily meeting with Production Planning for weekly plan, ensure 1-week plan is executed in production line and track to completion
• Daily review of Plan Order in PH ISG for release, get the Manufacturing Commit Date from Production Planning and feedback to BU ISG
• Daily review from Purchase Requisition converted to Purchase Order to On Hand
• Daily review from Work Order for release to Production to Move to Stock
• Work with Material Planner for setup of long lead items safety stock and bulk items min max
• Work closely with Production Planning, Sourcing and Purchasing to understand and manage material supply risks to minimize impact on production schedule
• Communicate to BU ISG any distortions in the schedule, gating items and delivery constraint

• Release plan order and purchase request in BU ISG base on Planning Central suggestion
• Reprioritize requirements on current plan
• Rectify and/or reconcile differences and inaccuracies that have to do with deliveries to BU

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or similar areas of study
• Experience: Minimum 5 years' working experience in demand and operations planning and 2 years' experience in purchasing
