Are you a seasoned HR leader looking to make a significant impact in one of the countrys leading business environments? We are seeking a Regional HR Manager to drive people strategy and deliver strong HR support to multiple business units across the region.Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the regional HR team in implementing corporate HR strategies and policies.
Oversee end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and labor compliance.
Act as a strategic business partner to regional operations leaders by aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
Monitor regional HR metrics and ensure timely execution of programs that promote employee engagement and retention.
Handle industrial relations issues and ensure adherence to labor laws and company regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 8 years of progressive HR experience, with 3+ years in a managerial/regional role.
Strong background in labor relations, employee engagement, and talent development.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience working in a multi-site, fast-paced organization is a plus.
