- Execute daily financial transactions, including processing payments, deposits, and withdrawals.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in the company's records.
- Assist in monitoring and managing the company's daily cash position.
- Assist in reconciling bank statements and maintaining up-to-date cash flow forecasts.
- Assist in monitoring petty cash funds and process replenishment when it falls below a certain level.
- Support in corporate prepaid card and credit card management
- Assist with onboarding new cardholders and ensuring they understand program guidelines and spending policies.
- Assist in processing requests for new cards, card replacements, and cardholder information updates.
- Monitor corporate card activity for suspicious transactions or potential misuse.
- Assist in maintaining spreadsheets and databases used for generating financial reports.
- Prepare and deliver verified bank balances to the Financial Reporting team at week-end and month-end close.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial record
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with banking partners.
- Collaborate with banks to address transactional inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with other Accounts Team members to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of financial processes.
- Assist in various financial tasks and projects as needed.
- Identify and assess financial risks related to cash flow and transactions.
- Implement control measures to mitigate potential risks.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders regarding financial transactions and inquiries
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of financial transactions and reports.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the treasury function.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a financial or treasury role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with basic financial and accounting principles.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing and record-keeping.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Understanding of basic financial regulations and compliance.
- Familiarity with financial systems and software used for treasury functions.
- This role would be best suited for someone who has skills, knowledge and experience commensurate with 1-2 years of related work.
