When new plans come in, you dive into the details, connect with suppliers for pricing, and build accurate, complete estimates. If something doesn’t add up, you catch it early and when there’s a smarter, more cost-effective approach, you speak up. You don’t just create estimates, you create confidence.Behind every number is a decision that affects timelines, budgets, and outcomes. You help the team stay competitive, avoid costly surprises, and deliver quality work that meets code and client expectations. You’ll collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and vendors to ensure nothing is missed, while continuously improving your process through past project insights.
