- Define the required services within Digital Health Sciences including clinical science, clinical assessments, clinical data specialists, and clinical quality reviews.
- Translate and implement the Digital Health Sciences strategy, driving growth, scalability, and efficiency across the function in alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead change initiatives and engage stakeholders across the organization to support strategic priorities and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Commercial and Product teams to support new business targets, contribute to proposals and customer presentations, and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Manage customer expectations and deploy resource solutions that scale effectively with changing business needs.
- Proactively identify issues, analyze root causes, develop solution options, and deliver clear recommendations.
- Implement and maintain operational frameworks, policies, and quality standards for Digital Health Sciences, identifying and executing process improvements and automation that enhance speed, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor and report on operational, financial, and quality metrics, taking corrective action to ensure alignment with project targets and delivery of value to patients, customers, and business stakeholders.
- Lead and develop a high-performing, globally dispersed team, building a culture of accountability, agility, and transparency through effective hiring, coaching, development, and succession planning.
- Effectively monitor and drive team performance to meet both customer and Signant Health expectations, using objective measures to measure success. Address any underperformance swiftly
- Manage budget and resource allocation effectively, contributing to the profitability and efficiency of Signant Health services through sound fiscal management and staffing models.
- Influences decisions and direction within the function and across peer groups without reliance on authority.
- Executes decisions with confidence, drawing on professional experience, data, and business context.
- Builds collaborative relationships across diverse teams and cultural backgrounds to drive shared outcomes.
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Business, IT, or other relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in service delivery within a clinical or life sciences environment, with 5+ years leading global teams.
- Use Artificial Intelligence tools issued and approved by the Company to improve productivity, speed, and quality of the expected outcomes of your position.
- Strong track record of developing high-performing teams, with experience in coaching, talent development, and program execution.
- Solid leadership skills including change management and stakeholder influence, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Business acumen with experience in operations budgeting, fiscal management, and contributing to profitability and efficiency goals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients, senior leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders effectively.
- Working knowledge of applicable FDA Guidance documents and relevant industry regulations.
- Current on trends in globalization, professional services, business operations, information technologies, and project management disciplines.
