We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst with a strong understanding of data handling and analytics and basic CRM exposure. This role is predominantly focused on data-related tasks including data collection, analysis, and modeling using Excel and SQL. The ideal candidate will also assist with CRM setup and maintenance, ensuring data integrity and supporting data-driven decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities Data Analysis and Reporting: Perform data analysis using Zoho Analytics and SQL to support business decisions. Develop and maintain data models and databases. Generate reports and dashboards to visualize data insights. Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within the data. Data Collection and Management: Assist in the setup and maintenance of CRM systems. Ensure accurate data entry and data integrity within the CRM. Develop and implement data collection processes. Conduct data cleaning and validation to ensure data quality. Programming and Data Modeling: Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis. Develop basic scripts or programs to automate data processing tasks. Assist in the development of data models and schemas. CRM Support: Provide support for CRM-related issues and queries. Assist in configuring and customizing CRM systems to meet business needs. Train staff on CRM usage and best data practices. Work with CRM vendors or IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs. Present data findings and insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with IT and other departments to improve data workflows. Document processes and create user guides for data-related tasks. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role. Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL. Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, R) are a plus. Solid experience with Zoho. Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar is a great plus. Experience with CRM systems and data collection processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills: Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
