The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing schedules, processing orders, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring the smooth flow of information between the sales department and other departments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as order processing, quote generation, and lead tracking.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, sales calls, and client visits.
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and data analysis using CRM tools and spreadsheets.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Maintain and update customer records and sales data in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure promotional campaigns and deliveries align with sales objectives.
  • Track and manage inventory levels, product availability, and shipping schedules.
  • Assist in the preparation and follow-up of sales proposals and contracts.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
  • Handle any administrative duties as assigned by the Sales Manager
