The agent will be responsible for making outbound calls to small and medium-sized businesses across the U.S., introducing All Star Merchant's payment gateway services, identifying decision-makers, and setting appointments for the sales team. This is a performance-driven role for someone with confidence, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset.Key Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound calls daily to prospective business clients.
- Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Handle objections and answer basic questions about services.
- Record call details and lead interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with warm leads and maintain consistent communication.
- Meet or exceed weekly targets for calls, appointments, and conversions.
- Experience in cold calling is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
- Goal-driven with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, call dialers, and remote tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance metrics.
- Stable internet connection and a quiet work environment (remote setup).
- Must agree to be on Zoom for the entire shift (except during breaks).
- Our initial offer is $3 per hour + $10 commission for every valid appointment. We will renegotiate your rate after a month depending on your performance.
