- Dialer Management: Oversee the dialer system to ensure it operates efficiently, including campaign setup, list management, and pacing.
- Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement strategies for outbound/inbound campaigns to maximize contact rates, lead conversion, and ROI.
- Compliance and Regulation: Ensure all campaigns comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including TCPA and DNC list management.
- Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, make adjustments, and improve results. Provide regular reports on key metrics.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with sales, marketing, and IT teams to align campaigns with business goals and technical requirements.
- Training and Development: Train and support team members on dialer functionality and best practices.
- Troubleshooting: Quickly identify and resolve any technical or operational issues related to the dialer system.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a dialer management role, preferably in a call center environment. Experience with Ytel dialer is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with dialer software (specifically Ytel) and CRM systems. Strong understanding of call center metrics and KPIs.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with compliance regulations affecting dialer operations.
