They ensure to roll-out company Policies and controls to maintain Inventory Accuracy and product quality. This role is also accountable in record management, filing and archiving.WHAT WILL YOU DO?Inventory Record Accuracy
Ensure 100% Inventory Record accuracy by seamless recording and monitoring of transaction in both SAP and Subsystem. Performs cycle counts and patriate in Van inventory route settlementProduct Quality Sustainability
Monitoring of Beetle Count Index (BCI), Safety Risk Index, Temperature and Relative humidity and Fe-Fo complianceAsset Management
Support BWIC compliance to asset maintenance management to prolong assets usesablity. Report condition of damaged and/or asset for disposalRecord Management
Ensure documents and records is filed in accordance with company standards.WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or its equivalent. CPA is an advantage
  • At least 5 years of total working experience: 3 years experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and 2 years in supervisory role is essential
  • People Management & Strong business Acumen
  • Ability to work independently and manage pressure to meet deadlines
  • Highly team oriented individual/ Business partnering mindset
  • Good communication and analytical skills in interpreting financial data and influence decisions
  • Must be flexible, proactive, highly organized and detail oriented
  • Knowledgeable in credit management policies and procedures
  • Good understanding of integrated systems (e.g., ERP). Knowledgeable in SAP is an advantage
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • With MS Excel expertise (Functions / Formula)
  • Adept in month end closing activities
