About the role As an Audit Professional at Cherry Philippines, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the company&aposs financial operations. Working within a dynamic team, you will conduct thorough audits, identify potential risks, and recommend process improvements to enhance the overall financial health of the organisation. This full-time position is based in our Ermita, Manila City office, with opportunities for a field work. What you&aposll be doing Perform comprehensive audits of financial records, transactions, and processes to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies Analyse financial data, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks Assist in the preparation of audit reports, highlighting key findings and providing recommendations for improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations and enhance internal controls Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices Provide training and guidance to junior members of the audit team What we&aposre looking for Minimum of 1 year of experience in internal audit or a related financial role for Staff and at least 5 years and up relevant technical and leadership experience for Supervisors and Managers Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Professional certification such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) is preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels Proficient in the use of financial analysis software and data management tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team What we offer At Cherry Philippines, we are committed to providing a supportive and collaborative work environment that fosters professional growth and work-life balance.
