This individual will play a crucial role in safeguarding our global operations and ensuring compliance across various jurisdictions.Duties and Responsibilities:

Draft and negotiate contracts, including sales agreements, referral agreements, and NDAs.
Manage and improve contract templates to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Liaise with internal stakeholders on legal matters related to projects, contracts, and supplier agreements.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Law, or any related course.
At least 2 years of experience as a Legal Executive or any similar roles.
Experienced or background in Commercial contracts.
Licensed Lawyer (Preferred but not required)
