Job Summary Performs inspection of raw materials and packaging materials. Coordinates with other departments regarding quality assurance status of incoming materials. What You'll Do Check the completeness of delivery documents for incoming raw materials (DR, PO, SDS, COA, and other certificates) and packaging materials (DR, PO, and other certificates). Provide assistance to the QA Analyst assigned in the IMI Laboratory in conducting analysis of raw materials and inspection of packaging materials. Ensure proper operating conditions of test and measuring equipment during tests/analyses. Ensure availability by monitoring inventory of chemicals used in the laboratory. Prepare IMI inspection reports and submit them to the QA Analyst for review and approval. Participate in root cause/problem-solving analysis involving the IMI Laboratory. Monitor the inventory of laboratory glassware, general consumables, office supplies, and forms, ensuring their availability. Ensure that copies of test results are properly filed and maintained (hard copies or electronic copies). Perform other tasks that may be assigned. What We're Looking For Educational Background: College Graduate. Work Experience: Preferably with 1-2 years of work experience in a related field (e.g., quality control, laboratory support, documentation).
