Hi! We're Smartsourcing, looking for a Part-Time Office Administrator who can work with us full-time and on-site! Where???? Crown 7 Business Centre, Pope John Paul II Ave, Cebu City, Cebu As a Part-Time Office Administrator, You will be providing an efficient and effective office administration service that supports the activities of other team members and ensures the office runs smoothly so that clients receive the best possible service. Some of the things we expect you to do are to... Welcome and greet persons coming into the office Answering incoming phone calls and directing the call to the appropriate person or taking messages as required Manage email enquiries and direct them to the appropriate person or respond as required Monitor and maintain the key sign-in/out register Monitor, maintain and audit the keyboard Prepare and maintain available sales window display and flyer stands Upload all available listings to the VaultRE CRM system and SharePoint Prepare Listings Sales Agreements and associated documentation Prepare weekly reports for agents (if required) Process end-of-week and end-of-month Attend all training sessions as directed by the department manager Attend and participate in quarterly one-on-one meetings with Management Assistant Apply all procedures required for this role. Fully participate in the creation of new procedures or any review of existing procedures Requirements We would need you to be or have the following... Experience in office administration. Knowledge of office administration systems and ability to prioritise workload, assess and improve systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Competent word processing skills, with a sound knowledge of Microsoft computer packages Keyboard skills, typing and accuracy Good layout and presentation skills Accounting support Reception and front office skills and a high level of personal presentation It would be awesome if you are or also have...
