The MRTS also plays a key role in targeted recovery training for cancelled VAs, helping to requalify those returning through the formal re-entry process. The role bridges training delivery with role-readiness validation and contributes to shaping a reliable talent bench across medical receptionist and related roles.QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:

  • Familiarity with U.S. EMR systems, HIPAA standards, and patient communication protocols
  • Working knowledge of scheduling and productivity tools such as TimeClockWizard, Calendly, and Salesforce
  • Experience supporting both front office and back office coordination workflows
  • Background in instructional design, curriculum building, or training material development is a strong plus
