Job Description Complex incident & problem management, including root cause analysis of all Oracle and SQL Server related issues. Complex changes, configuration management, release management, & lifecycle management of Proactis' global Oracle and SQL Server estate. Actively contribute to process improvements to the benefit of Proactis and its customers. Assist in the design, implementation and project handover phases for new and existing customers. Participate in a revolving out of hour's on-call rota for the support of all Oracle and SQL Server incidents.
