We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Analyst to provide technical support for HCM (Human Capital Management) accounts, ensuring high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with HCM platforms, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for HCM systems such as Workday, Kronos, Paychex, ADP, SAP, Oracle, Sage. Monitor and ensure quality of support interactions in accordance with company standards. Document processes, solutions, and technical guidance accurately. Identify trends in technical issues and propose improvements. Collaborate with the support team to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of solid experience as a Quality Analyst or in technical support for HCM accounts. Hands-on experience supporting HCM platforms. Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written. Willing to work onsite in Eastwood during the graveyard shift. Able to start immediately.
