Welcome to the next era of PartnerHero x Crescendo. The Role The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role serves as a point of contact for employees and management, promoting a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will lead HR initiatives, support recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and training and development programs. What you'll do: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Oversee performance management systems, including performance reviews and employee development plans. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain employee records in accordance with legal requirements. Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations practices and conflict resolution. Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and professional growth. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals. Conduct compensation and benefits analysis to ensure competitiveness in the market. Monitor employee engagement and implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention. Prepare and maintain HR reports and metrics for management review. What we expect from you: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus. 3-5 years of experience in HR management or a related field. Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
