- Reconcile claims reimbursements from clients efficiently and accurately.
- Assist with various financial tasks as needed.
- Review and analyze each business transaction, particularly at high volume, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Utilize QuickBooks Online to manage and record financial transactions.
- Employ Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Use Rippling for payroll and benefits administration.
- Communicate effectively both in writing and verbally with business partners, clients, and team members.
- Confidently make phone calls to validate disputes and resolve issues with business partners or clients.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar finance role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required.
- Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience with Rippling is a significant advantage.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle high volumes of transactions and maintain accuracy.
- Confidence and professionalism in making phone calls to resolve disputes.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
