We are looking for an experienced Jira Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will manage and optimize our Jira environment, ensuring effective configuration, maintenance, and integration with business tools. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support process automation, reporting, and overall platform efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Administer, configure, and maintain Jira projects, workflows, and permissions based on business needs Manage users, groups, and access controls with appropriate auditing and documentation Customize workflows, screens, and fields to support team processes Integrate Jira with other tools including Confluence, Bitbucket, and Jira Service Desk Troubleshoot performance, configuration, and technical issues related to Jira Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders Provide training, documentation, and support to Jira users Stay informed on the latest Jira features, best practices, and updates Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in Jira administration, including setup and customization Strong technical background with knowledge of Java, XML, and SQL Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL principles Proficient in managing Jira plugins and integrations Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Preferred Skills: Experience with Jira Cloud and Server, including migrations Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Groovy Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker) Atlassian certifications (e.g., Jira Administrator, Jira Developer) Familiarity with other Atlassian products (Confluence, Bitbucket)
